Women who join this ministry will have an opportunity to learn hands on unique skills and talents that will allow them to uplift others. Skills include quilting, knitting, art, foreign language, gift baskets, and crocheting to name a few. All it takes is a willingness to learn and God will be able to use you in this dynamic ministry. Join us and create beautiful gifts to uplift and support other women.
Meet the Creative Resources Ministry Leaders:
 Carleen Beauchamp, Leader. I believe in the philosophy, “Each one teach one.” I look forward to encouraging the women of this ministry to teach each other their favorite creative skills. Creative projects such as scrap booking, home decorating, painting and gift baskets will be some of the many projects we take part in as we learn, encourage and fellowship with one another.
Sorre’t Thornton, Co-Leader. My love of the arts and crafts began well over two decades ago. Being a mother of three, the projects I choose must be quick, easy and most of all relaxing for me. In my heart of hearts, I believe handmade artistry draws us closer to the Lord through our creativity. My prayer is this ministry wins souls for Christ.
Marion “Bunny” Gary, Teacher. Marion (Bunny as she is known) brings over 30 plus years of Bible teaching in various areas of the Bayview Church. As a Sunday School Teacher (now known as SICL), she has taught various age groups. Bunny has also been a Bible Teacher in many women's ministry groups as well. Bunny's love for the Word of God, which reveals to her the need for her own spiritual strengthening, gives her the boldness to embrace others in the learning process.
